             HOW YOU START TO TRAIN YOUR BODY AND                                     WHAT  TECHNIQUE IS GOOD AND EASY TO DO
      The first thing,  I like introduce you : How to train the Body to be strong first  and the next one ... How you train to get the good safe or if you are fat you can trim out the fat for that part of body or if you are skinny you can add more the weigth for the part of your body...what do you need..( please understand if you are girl )... don't think that your body will have a muscle just like the man... NO!!!! not that way or not easy to get that way too.. because your body is more soft and smooth.. you are nerve get hard muscle same the man... don't worried .... I promise you..or if you do exercise and your body be came urgle.. no one love you for that time... I have warranty ( so you can love me if you think I still look Okay? Smile!!!!! 
      The way to train my Body.... I use the Body building to gain the power... My best coach ( MOM ) support to help me since the little boy...I remember that before I take a shower after 8:00pm at night I have to bench the small brick... I start from one first.. then more and more for everyday... except in the weekend I have permision to rest.
      I don't know how long that I build my body... I just do permanent from the little boy... use the hand made for the bench press and the cement for the weigt lifting... to listen my best coach at home... slowly by slowly.... just like one poeme talk about ( we cannot build the big Monumant at one day ) .... I keep patient to train...  then one day I can see my weak body to be strong and got the power... I feel happy that once uponce a time... I can show my strong body to be Memorie in this World....
  The Body building is only ONE Technique to trained the body   to be Strong first... then you use that Power to add more some  different technique for exercise  some part of the body ( that mean choose what part you like to be skiny or add more muscle...)  I will show you my simple technique in the bottom.....
  
My bench press is the wood's table, my weight is cement's can.
My food is the soup for one fish but we share for 4 peoples... Look enouf for build my small body..
I nerve trained serious, not to much technique, not to much equipment, spent short time for
easy pratice, just some cold water with fun and jocking with some friend but one thing I cannot miss that's mean ( I cannot excuse to get rest or sick for skip the day to trained, no matter I come home early or late, no matter feel sad or happy, I have to do.. except the weekend...
No more any food, any vitamine any protrine to gain your the power

     Sports is the technique to trained the body.... to get the Power for protection  the bacteria.... to be strong - healthy and slowly to get old....
      Today, I am happy  to share you the Sport that my family support me to trained since I was little boy...
      My schedule a day... after I came back from school.. my Mom, she helps me to do some sport that Asia ( Thai- Laos ) to trained after 5:pm...in front the house, in the school, in the rice field or in the stadiume.... I am good luck that my house stay next to the stadiume, the rice feel and we have front house to trained.... I still remember that I use to practiced.. about the Batmintan, pin-pon, tak-ko, run, soccer, but the best one I love Body building and Martial art...
      Muay is the name of the Martial art for the Siame Thailand and Thai Laos Lanexang.... It is used to build a strong body, create a humble mind and is especially used for self-defense.... with the good rules for the mind and the good exersice Martial art for the body... I can enjoy the Life and go every where in the World without fear and panic but I feel fun, confidence and happy ...because this Martial Art the one I trained is for win myself to be strong and healthy, not for hurt or for win some one eles.
     - Exercise is the way to get Power for protect the Body, not to be sick and make the other people feel friendly (not ennemie) when they see that we are healthy...
     My old memory picture that you see in this page... is one part of my schedule of life that I always miss .... Some time I talk to myself... if I can review back my life to the past one more time again... I will real happy... I know the life always move forward.... none stop.. to be old no matter we leave with the good house, good food or good life.... but sport can help us to slowly to be sick and get old....
      For sure I love and miss you .. I like see your sexy body and pretty smiling forever ... that always make me dream to you.. How about you start to trained the Body now... is not to late, to hard... just keep patient and get your own ( kam land jay.. mean your own exciting ) to do short time alone at home...

          One Nature (THAMMA) Poeme talk about : Who have        healthy body and humble mind is the best good luck in the world... because BODY is one part of the schedule of life that every body always worrie to be healthy without the sickness...        we already know that in side the body always get sick, tie and sore body all the times...( the one we real worrie is going to be old..urgly and cannot move the body one day....stay alone in the wheelchair )...  for sure by that time we will be sad and lonely....   we feel good and happy, when we wake up in the morning to see the smiling face in the mirrow without get sick and sore body or to be strong.... we feel sad when we get sick get fever, no more the power to go work or even no more the feeling to move up the Body  from the bed.... by that time, for sure we are panic and worry about .... How we can health this sickness or when we are going to death...

    How do you think about exercise the Body to be strong and add up some muscle or lose weight some part of your Body...  for sure you look pretty right aways...            When you start to exercise...  first thing, you feel sore the body but you keep doing soon you feel strong  when you eat you feel deliciouse and you will get good rest and get good sleep at night...you look at the next day, when you wake up in the morning, you feel real different because you got the Power from you exercise body and you can do more without tie or run out of power to easy. By that time you have more power and more patient to trim more for your Water bed stomach ...            How about you start to exercise for today... is not to late or to early for any ages... you can start now for build up your power and trim your body to be pretty now.
   Don't think that you trained to win the Champion but for win yourself...for win the fat body, for win the sensitive body, for win the weak body... and you already know right !!! that one day you can get sick ( hight blood pressure to get mad easy or get heart attack ).. Even me before.. I just do for fun...  because my Mom, she likes me stronger and more meat.. I do at home or every where with my friend... with the regular equipment.. some time I feel fun by myself.. because my gym is out side under the mongo's tree, some equipment I use the bambo, some I use the ciment... we trained at night face to plenty mouskyto, cold vin and the big rain.. .but we still fun...
    If you have no time to trained at the real gym or shame to the people.. just start to do at home first... you can drink the water and turn one the TV then start alone... soon I will show you my technique... just regular bench press and the weigt that I buy only ($20) at the free market infront my house.. I use the light weight and spend only 45 minutes at my room... you will see the picture soon one the side.....

      I have my new plan again in Honolulu... because I get more thing to up grade... I nerve know that I do concentrade for my job... my knowlege or my exercice for more then one year that I no more chance to connect with you... but I like to tell you that now or this the end of the year 2006... I got almost the thing I  like... for sure from now you will see the Web.site and even the CD for own stories..
      At the month of February ( 2007 )... I am going to Thai and Laos... and stay there for One month...
